Sort of, the only way to find it is by checking the car in the dealership. Most cars are Naturally Aspirated though, so statistically speaking you wouldn't have to look at all 1200 of emSimilar question for cars with NA (Natural air flow).

While that is true, if you tune most of your cars a lot, the ones that you put a turbo on won't show up anymore.Go to the race, then in the menu where it shows Prize winnings and track etc, you should be able to select a car with the Change Car button. This will take you to your garage and list all the eligible cars (i.e. all the NA cars in your garage) - this way you'll find one for those races.

Naturally Aspirated and Turbocharged/Supercharged are mutually exclusive.
Any NA (unless there are some exceptions) can be turned into a T or SC car in the car settings.
