where do I find the DLC pack??

Im sure that's just for Europe and Asia, along with Australia. As far as I know the PS store updates at midnight in America, which is the equivilent to early morning in Europe and afternoon in Australia and Asia.

In America the PS store updates in the afternoon. It used to update around midnight but that was a while ago not anymore now.

At around 5pm your time (VA) it should be available. If you start your game, when at the main menu there should be a "downloadable content" option to the far right. Click on that and all of the DLC should be located in there.

Actually they don't show up in the Downloadable Content menu on GT5 until you purchase them. Once you purchase the DLCs from the PS Store, make sure they're installed, then go to that Downloadable Content menu on GT5 and they should be there. Install them, and now you have the DLCs, ready to use!
