Where do I go to tune?

Just got a Ford GT, and have bought some parts for it, but where do I go to tweak all those different values?

Or you can hit the start button when you're in your "Home" (where your garage is).

On the frontpage in "My Home", hitting Start will also give you the option of tweaking....
