Where do you actually get Level 23 ticket?

I am already at level 23 and I still have never seen any ticket from level 21,22,23. Level 23 is the most popular, so I want to know how to get this. Where should I find this?

It's frustrating me to google because I only find level 23 trade threads or "what did you get with level 23" threads.

Level 22, Winning the expert seasonal elise race, Level 23, winning the expert seasonal Impreza race, Good luck ;)
 
have to do seasonal lotus challenge finish gold to get it m8 !!!!!!!

or ask somebody to trade you one if can do !!!!!

Incorrect. Seasonal Lotus gets you the 22. Seasonal Subaru gets you the 23.
 
In the seasonal events. The expert challenge. The 3 races there you get the level 21, 22 and 23.

You dont get level tickets for getting to that level, you get them for completing sections of the game. The tickets in the seasonal (expert) are a bonus

level 21 ticket has nothing to do with seasonals and you get a level 24 for completeing all the endurance races

somebody on here said it was the elise so i only go by what they said. i got my tickets anyway so don't need them !!!!!!

You get a level 21 ticket for completing the Fiat race.

Oh, that seasonal event you got from online. I've never played an online game yet. I didn't go there because I still want to get more cars. I didn't know that you get more cars from online too.
 
well you get cars from online dealership and some good ones as well, plus with seasonal events you 1000s credits each track you race more than a-b spec races so it helps build your credits and xp up fast as well !!!!!
