Where does A-Spec stop for you?

I am hours away from B-Spec level 40 :) and A-Spec level 32. I have done Grand Valley 300m, Roadster4 hours, and the Indy 500 ( had to have the Jaguar :) ). I am going to go back and run the Laguna Seca and I may, may do the 4 hour Nurburgring and that will be it for on the endurance races. My hat is off to those who go all the way through. The only thing that might motivate me to do anything past a four hour race would be a drop dead car, no 24 hour races though. Who else is nixing the 24hr enduros?

This was quite possibly my "favorite" enduro to date. 9 hours of Tskuba was truly painful(boring); awaiting enough of my "friends" to be good enough to do the 24 hour race(s) with......

I do plan on doing them all, but to this point I have not set a "time frame." :)

Same for me as the rest of you by the look of it. I certainly won't be doing the FGT races to get a lousy (prize wise) Caterham

Are you kidding me? I bought a 5 million Cr. car to eventually get a 60.000 Cr. prizecar which I have already bought long before the FGT? I'd do those events if the FGT wasn't so damn hard to drive. Guess I'll fiddle around with the controller sensitivity. Still, could've spent those 4.8 million credits on something actually driveable. ffs.

I won't be doing any endurance race without a save option.

i bet Chinese dudes could do both 24hr races back to back, with no stops or breaks, then do the scuba 9hr just for fun.
The western world is so lazy when it comes to going hard on games

I think I will eventually do the 24 hour races, like I did them in GT4.
I hope the PS3 is reliable enough to survive through them, as I'm certainly not doing them in less than 3 days. 4 days is what I think they're both going to take (8 days of my life lost *sniff*, but I want this game as 100% as were the earlier GTs).

No endurance races for me!! I simply won't do the races... I only do 25-30 laps online with friends and thats it.. :)

I m at level 35 and I have yet to do the Suzuka 1000, I m not motivated much for that. But there is no ****in way in hell I ll ever drive that horrible Tsukuba circuit for 9 freakin hours! What the hell were they thinking... :grumpy:

I had the same type of thought earlier on (and started a new thread) about what to do next. Did Indy 500 with FGT and my son and I swapping every pitstop, trying to beat each others laptimes. I enjoyed it much more than I thought. Can't see myself doing any other Endurance (or even completing extreme - NASCAR & FGT left to do).

So have started again, with a new profile!

Stuck on level 32 a spec, FGT to do but i think ill miss that one for now and just do a few seasonals and get Bspec up to 40 currently at 38 and doing 24hrs during week for xp.

I'm at level 33 A-spec and 39 B-spec. Planning to finish all endurances, ONCE. Suzuka 1000 km was really boring, about 5 hrs of grinding with Sauber merc, my neck was killing me at finish line. Loved nurburgring 4 hrs cos it's so demanding and long track. After that driving academy was much easier and I also got Nissan GT-R nurb official record trophy with first attempt. I do not know how I'm gonna clear those 24 hrs endos. Have grinded 22 hrs at poker table without sitouts but thats different. Work is work but GT should be fun. Braking into Mulsanne 500 times in one day is not my idea of fun..

I was done with A-Spec when I got to the endurance races.

Me too!

Also waiting on having more credits and buying historic race car for historic cup (not finished) rather than hoping for prize after a 4 hour race

For me, it is all about online racing with other racers:tup:, and not :dopey: A.I.

Will wait for two 24h races until a save feature is put in. I will finish the 1000, 4 hour and 9 hour next few days. After that I am done until save feature. Will grind to buy cars.

Just finished the Suzuka enduro and have unlocked the Nurb 4-hour, which I will be trying out tonight itself.

But like most of you guys here, that will be it for me. I'll be skipping the 9-hour and 24-hour races until PD gives us a save option.

I am practically done, I have not touched the endurance races, I have not done the Historical Car, and I have not done the FGT Championship. I'm chugging through B-Spec right now, but only races where the X2010 works.

For me it ended right after the very first endurance race. PD must be out of their freakin minds with the lengths of those races. It would be different if we could save our races.., but that is not an option. I have no desire to spend 4-9 hours on a race. It's a damn video game for Pete's sake!

Up to nurburgring 4 hour kind of putting it off lol I know that will be my last endurance until they add saving in pit stops.

I'm planning a Le Mans party on June 11th, invite over all my petrolhead mates and do the race as a team at the same time as the real guys.

No idea what I'll do for the Nurb race, we're on holiday that weekend!

Brilliant idea! I may do that myself.

As far as the thread topic goes: I'm going to finish them all 'till the wife makes me quit. I just finished the 24h du Mans and it was a nearly religious experience. But my machine was tied up for three days and my wife wanted to watch "The Office" on Netflix. Wasn't going to happen. So now I have to clean the basement...

Ended at endurance havenet evwn touched endurance yet. Also havent tried fgt championships cos takes too long as ive heard

I still got Nascar and FGT championship for ASpec before I even attempt enduros. I plan on finishing them all but got to wait for my wife to be away before I commit. I'd like to get a wheel also before then.

It pretty much stopped already. Not enough free time (work, school, girlfriend, etc), and I'm starting to feel that itch for baseball now that spring training is underway. MLB 11: The Show is looming on the horizon for me! Luckily I had the chance to race two of the Seasonal Event bonus races between class and going into work today (my first time playing my PS3 in two weeks!). Enjoy your free time while it lasts, kids!

My ps3 has been off maybe 8 hours the past two weeks. I've been running B-spec when sleeping and at work, and A-spec or time trialing the other times. Keep it well ventilated and clean and you should be fine. My PS3 is an original 60 gig, by the way.

Its finished, i just wanna do the Seasonals and Specials now and get to level 30 A and B Spec so yeah. I only use the American Championship to grind and buy every Premium Car in the Game.

I've dona all the Endurance races up to the 1000km Suzuka event. I'm currently doing testing to find a comparable performance car to run the 4 hour Nurbrug event.
