Where to enter redeem codes?

Hi everyone!
I got my Signature Edition last night and I al really happy with it!
There is something annoying me though:
There are 2 redeem codes in it and when I tried to use them in the PSN store I had the message that says that my codes are not working or that it has already been used!!
Obviously these codes have not been used before as I just opened the box.
Is there somewhere in the game where I can use them like on ea games?
In nfs for example I have to be IN the game and get to settings or so to use them. Is it the same here? And if it actually is, so where?
Thanks for your help, I want to get my stealth cars and bonuses working asap.

Another serious inquiry though, would the codes be region locked or not?

I suspect the online content would not be up before an update on the 25th November 2010 (can not confirm this date though, I read it on forums, but never on Playstation sites).
You confirmed my fears on this, I will not get my GT5 + codes before that date anyway.

Codes won't go into effect until 10:00am EST on the 24th. I know this because Kaz told me. Kaz is my Dad. Me and him had tacos tonight for dinner and then went to zoo to see the Anteaters.

Do the codes work with american profile because I don't have the europe profile. But I have the pal signature edition and I stated it with my american profile and I entered the codes but didn't work.

OK maybe i've missed something but, i've use the code on the the redeemcode menu, I've downloaded the car (about 100kb each). Now I can't see these car nowhere on the game. Not in the garage, not in the car dealer. Can someone help me with that?
Note: I didn't done any race or license on the career with the european account created to make it possible to enter the code.

I did not "open" the card yet so i do not know if it has 12 digits like redeem code or is it a code used somewhere else - hence my question.

GT5 isn't even listed yet in the disc based games for add-ons.

The collector edition number is 5 digit, not a 12 digit (3 groups of four) number.

This does not work. If it does someone will have to explain it a lot better.

USA version of CE has a scratch off card that should be in the game case with a normal 12 digit PSN code for the chromeline cards. You are looking at the CE Certificate number which has no relationship to any DLC.

Go to account info on the XMB and then to redeem codes - NOT inside the game or PSN store.

ME! I was reading that Play didn't send any Red Dead Redemption codes out either, but I can't comment for sure, so don't be too surprised if you never get the stealth cars.

On XMB scroll to Game and down. You'll see bubbles corresponding to the downloaded car pack. Press X and the bubble installs.

DLC is region-matched. Make a European profile.

Thanks. I e-mailed them last night and got a reply with a code today. I've got to nip home in 20 minutes so I'll give it a go then and hopefully it'll work.
