Where to enter redeem codes?

I don't believe the SLS AMG competition Is active yet.
I don't think It will be untill the online lobby system Is running properly either.

Thanks. I e-mailed them last night and got a reply with a code today. I've got to nip home in 20 minutes so I'll give it a go then and hopefully it'll work.

Just tried the code and it gave me one car (Nissan GT-R GT500 Stealth) and not both cars. The website says

Pre-order Gran Turismo 5 from Play.com and receive a code to unlock the exclusive pre-order 'Stealth Model' car pack which includes:
Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Stealth Model
Nissan GT-R GT500 Stealth Model

Just been on to them again, the first guy fobbed me off with a 'phone back next week' the second girl "passed a call to the relevant team" :nervous:
 
This was in the e-mail I got from amazon with my codes:

You will need a PlayStation Network ID in order to download the content.

1) Sign in to your PlayStation Network account.
2) Visit the PlayStation Store via your PlayStation 3 system.
3) Select the Redeem Codes icon from the Store Top.
4) Enter your 12-character promotion code and select Continue (Note: promotion codes are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as displayed).
5) Follow the on-screen instructions to redeem the promotion code.
