You can get matt black from the Lexus LFA.

I think I got mine from the Toyota FT86 concept, also.

I've also noticed the more cars you collect the more matte paints you receive.It doesn't come from the car you purchase,but it comes as prize depending on how many cars you have.

I think i've got maybe 10 or more matte paints now from collecting cars.

The LFA has a "Matt Black" color or with every 30 cars you get a random color which can be a Matte or a Silver Chrome
