Where's my Light Car Company Rocket?

I recently finished the first 3 Goodwood Festival of speed, as said, and golded the first 3 races. As said, in the forum, the way to win the rocket is to COMPLETE the first 3 and gold them all, but to my dismay, there was no Rocket, I attempted to restart the PS3, and there was no Rocket found.

You are on 1.01 or above to receive the Rocket yet? Or you have internet to connect for 1.03?
