Where's the Youtube upload tool?

Hey guys, sorry if this question has posted before. Anybody noticed if this tool to upload videos to Youtube directly from GT5 is available?

It is in the same menu as intelligent AI, standing starts on the Top Gear test track, the option to import cars from GT5P, and 100% premium cars.

were the dust effects dropped as well? Cuz i have been playing for a while and the car is extremely clean and seems like its pointless to wash. At least in GT4 the car became less shiny....

I saw some pics of cars with dust in their sides. I remenber a Xrunner drifting and a lot of dust on the side of it.

I have seen snow on the sides after driving for a while in the snow with my WRX STI Premium. It's dirty during the race, but comes clean when you get back home. I heard they are working on permanent dust.
