Hi dudes, i'm gonna do the Tsukuba 9h now. But i dont know if i should just do it the boring way (x2010) or with a normal car like the opponents? Just think the track is so boring and i cant imagine myself sitting and driving it 9 hours :O

:)

Is it a 9 hr race? I thought it was 4 hrs. I used a Miata that was slightly faster than the A.I. I would pit when I got too far ahead so that I could work through traffic again.

A BMW Z4 M Coupe, which is what I used for an awful lot of races.

And it was particularly tuned to keep grip, for Bob's benefit.

Bob set his best lap times in the ninth hour despite me only using one Bob (and he was completely out of 'strength' at the time).

That's not because I had to struggle to win. He was a several laps ahead, and I was just bored and trying to play with pacing.

I used a 160hp Suzuki GSX in A-spec.

Do you vaguely recall how far you could take that between pit stops? I imagine it's excellent on fuel mileage, but that depends on the gas tank's capacity.

A gas tank to larger fuel cell 'upgrade', with options for how much gas to start a race with, would be an interesting modification option.

Hey Mate,For that particular race I don't remember when I pitted for fuel lap wise. I can tell you though that the same car with the same hp can easily win both G.V. 300km and the Laguna Seca 200mi races all without ever refueling...It's also great on tires as I only needed to change them once on the G.V.race and twice on Laguna Seca...It's a fun little car too...Enjoy.

That's awesome. I will try to use this for my A Spec endurance runs, since I tend to be easy on tires. I might be able to really stretch it out.

And an endurance pit stop without sitting there and waiting for fuel? That sounds great.

A-spec: A Nissan yellowhat or something like that. I didnt fedl like driving a too poverfull car on a track so small. Worked well :-)

B-spec: X2010. Bob crushed the competetion :-P 👍

Any one use a tesla for and endurance race yet? How dose the refueling / charging work?

Actually a pretty good question :D In top gear the battery was only for about 15 mins of racing and 6 hours of recharging ^^

It could be hilarious, though only in my imagination, as a crew guy plugs in a cable and you sit there for a few hours.
