Which car for: SSr5 , TT16 ?

I just left the suspension as it is by default.
Of course I tuned the engine to 394hp and ballast to 1200kg.

hey..you can lower the weight..it is max 1200 kg but you can go as low as you can..

@ Machete & Saturn 4wd cars helped me gold TT a few times, some are (WRC C4, EVO, 205, Delta a.o.) easy to control. Maybe not insane fast, but for good enough, certainly for the novice driver those cars are a must try.

I used a 98 GT-R VSPEC II special tuned (car don't which model specifically as there are so many of them).

I did all the weight reduction and powered it up a bit. I think I had to use the power limiter in the end lol. Racing gearbox, transmission and suspension etc.

The tires are what limit traction on this TT so the trick is not to be lead footed and to modulate the revs. Same goes for braking. Did it second lap after building up some speed. I like a challenge - did a lap with about 1 sec to spare. I don't see the appeal of the 390 other than the added downforce its a sod to find in the dealership.

The Nascar TT great too except for last corner driving me crazy lol. If i could get that right I could knock 10 secs off my time!
 
For the nascar tt, I adjusted the LSD to something like 9/9/9 and it helped making it around the low speed corners without losing the rearend.

I did about 15 laps last night with modified yinato set-up, and got a 1:30.3xx
I made the suspension -10mm on front, 0mm on back
And changed the ballast to be 52 in back, 48 Front

I asume the R390 roadcar is. I have seen it only once or twice in OCD/UCD i don't think i've bought it. But a good tune (one you fit that is) does wonders for your laptimes.
btw I guess the R390 has to be downtunned HP wise in order to get on 390(plus/minus)HP, i'd be surprised if it passes TT16 regulations in original form.
I'll try the Alfa '65 ZT-zaragato....longnumber, that car did make me:) in the Compact seasonal, i hope it passes TT16 regulations (it might be to light) Oh-well.., only 1 way to find out.., hehe.

The Alfa has 2 BIG problems to be accepted...

1) Is a race car, not allowed
2) No way U can put it with 1200kg, U would need almost 600kg of ballast, the maximum ballast is 200kg.

The R390 Road Car has something abou 370 hp, can be tuned for a few more power indeed, no need to detune

Yep, the Alfa wasn't allowed to enter.
TT16 is over, it's waiting for TT17 now, i hope they come up with something nice soon, a TT where the Alfa is allowed:)👍

Why is there always a downtime between TimeTrials? Not that I have the time to play them :/

But it sucks when I do get a chance to play and there is no TT, what gives?

I believe TT13 & 14 didn't had time between them.., right?
I had time this weekend and i'm not sure i've got time next week, so i agree with you.., sniffsniff no TT.
To ad salt to my wounds: i don't like that dtm rubbish at all.
But what the hey, there worst things in live..: sausage for instance.., but you have to speak dutch to understand that.
