Which cars can i remove the front bumper on?

As far as I know you can remove the front bumper on any Premium car that you can add a totally new front bumper to. Not on ones that just add little splitter to the bottom of the front bumper.

It was like that in 2.11, but now I think it's just the S15 and one of the civic's or something.
