Which cars can't be painted?

I know the stealth cars and the chromeline cars can't be painted. Any other cars that can't be painted?

I have a feeling the cars with graphics can't be painted.

Probably cars with racing stripes or other liveries. I'm not entirely sure.

I've just tried to paint the Mugen Motul Civic. Nope. Looks like race cars can't be painted.

Delorean can't be painted. I'm guessing this is due to the fact that the original car is actually unpainted. Who'd want to paint that amazing Stainless Steel finish?

I know that the Plymouth Cuda can't be. I assume that any car with racing stripes (or maybe just standards with racing stripes) can't be either.
A good example would be the Mustang Mach 1. Does anyone know if that can be? It is premium though, so that could make a difference.

I have a Polyphony GT-R Pace Car too which I'm fairly sure can't be painted, but I'll have to double-check.
