Cars that are over 1 million credits new, if it cost 850,000 credits in the UCD but 1,250,000 in the OCD where they are "new" then the UCD car cannot be traded nor can the OCD car. The same goes for the Dealership for premium cars
Yeah ive seen the 1 million credit cars cant be gifted but ive tried gifting cars that are worth say 250,000 but then says the cars not tradable which is why some sorta list would be real handy. If no ones made one ill try compile some sorta list which i could use and maybe some other members would find it useful aswell.

They are not new in the OCD they have had the mileage taken off for some time now. If you dont belive it go buy one and check it against a new one from a ticket, Its bhp will give you answer, Its already broken in.
