Which Jurassic Park Was Better?

Ya, i liked 3, the first 1 wasn't too bad either, but the 3rd was the best!

I never saw any of the movies, but out of the books written by Michael Crichton, the original was best.

Saw the first, it was okay. I thought The book was better after seeing the movie.

The second movie had to be one of the most disappointing movies I've ever seen. It was terrible...glad I got in for free. The audience I saw it with (opening night) seemed more bored and annoyed than what you'd expect from a 2-hour traffic jam.

I avoided the 3rd for good reason.

Conclusion: Sequals suck unless a trillogy is actually planned in advance, not "left open".

I'd have to vote for the first one. Seems the second (and especially third) had been childproofed.

The first one was the best.
Part two and three were not as exciting as one.

The First was the best of the three. The other two seemed like they were written to explain how the dinosaurs were actually cloned, and were probably written after the first one was. The second one wasn't all that great. The Third was a little better but not as good as the first was.

I think the first had the most impact on me because it introduced 2 things.
1. Believable CG generated creatures.
2. DTS sound.

I actually think I like 3 the best because it reminds me of the old survival movies during the 70's.
(Most Starred Earnest Borgnine or Doug McClure)

The second was amusing on a few different levels. One was that it basically ripped off anything it could (King Kong for one.)
The second was that it took inside jabs at all the most famous and outspoken scientists that bashed the first movie. Most notable was the scientist that wore the cowboy hat, and was killed under the waterfall. He was in the movie for no other reason than to give the raspberries to one particular paleontologist that was fairly prominent on the Discovery channel at the time.
