All threads that say "Most important thing to add!" Because they obviously know what the rest of the world wants and needs.

Blame it on the Wii, Kinect, Move marketing strategy showing a middle aged dude wearing a suit with a loosened tie, waving his arms very excited with a huge smile in front of the TV, while the wife is holding a pop corn bowl smiling, and the kids cheering for daddy...

P.S. People are so vulnerable against basic marketing...

It's already enough that I disagree with this quote, but people constantly repeating this every day does not make me agree with it anymore, it only achieves in being an exercise of repetition.

I see that so much it drives me crazy.

My most hated thing occurs only in the marketplace.
Mostly people saying things like "I need a Chrysler PT Cruiser, can trade today!"

This is a pet hate of mine. They don't need a PT Cruiser,
are they going to die without it?
Will their GF leave them if they don't have one?
Will their PS3 YLOD when it realises their is no PT Cruiser in their garage?

I could understand someone wanting it if it was expensive or rare or cool or beautiful or fast or technologically advanced or required for a race, or needed it to complete their collection, but come on!
If you have a marketplace and use the word need, please remove it.

Certain members who have given themselves self appointed Moderator status and have to pedantically nit pick over anyone's criticisms of them to find any kind of error that breaks the AUP, then copying a link to the AUP in their post to prove a point - they are right and everyone else is wrong, no matter what.

There's a big difference between every now and then giving a fellow member a friendly piece of advice about posts that break the AUP, compared to consistently quoting / referring to the AUP to antagonise, insult, abuse, argue and incite others, or just to prove you are right and others are wrong - it's way, way, way overused.

In my opinion if these were my kids, I would rip one of their arms off and beat the living $hit out of them with it. *that and this is my crank yanker*

I'm not on here all the time, but when I am, I almost ALWAYS see this:

"This patch <enter patch #> sux! When is the next update?!?!"

After update:

"This patch <enter new patch #> sux! When will the NEXT one come out?!?!"
