Which photomode location is this?

First off, if this is the wrong section please move it. Was going to post in the photomode section but it didn't seem too question oriented.

Well I searched around and could not find an answer to this. At the main menu, where you can choose GT Life, Arcade Mode, etc, it will sometimes show your current car in various locations in the background. There's one particular location, the one with the tall grass and old brick structures (almost like ruins) in it. Is this even a location, and if so, which one?
 
It's not an available photomode location but it's called Nurburg if I remember correctly from GT5P.

That is not available in Photomode, but will occasionally place your car in it's ruins.
