Not happy with this week races , don't like dirt and all these Gr1 and single sitters races are abusing my eyes .
Anyway the set is done ,took only 2 CRB and the repeat of GV not only i lost CRB but end up and second 😂 .
Way overpowered the Godzillas and very tight to fit joy in this but if you're looking for trouble you're in the right one 😂
Was that close to change level at GR1 race but choose the super formula ( full aero ) and FM6 most of the time to win it .
I also run a second time with LM55 and FM6 .
Nothing else to declare , i get the " shaft " and a McLaren vgt that sold little above 500k.
That Friday won't last long anyway .

I'm a bit speechless right now ( reason might be the tough Special Event  ) so I'll keep things short.

My only gripe with the LM55 is that in VR you don't see anything on the sides with the wheel arches, and mirrors are quite out of sight too.

For the GT R, you could focus on camber settings, decrease it in the rear, and the power delivery a bit more to the rear with the 4wd controller.
Here's what I've been using:

Thought that because I winged it with my BMW M3 GT4 build after applying a modified version of the M3 GT's setup and it actually working, I could just do the same here with taking the GT-R GT500's Default setup.

Another day, another car, and this time a clean win after a couple of quickly aborted attempts. Noticable differences in AI difficulty in this one too. The first three laps were mostly spent holding back to avoid hitting anything and only the last lap was in any way representative of the car's potential, and even then I was (again) playing it safe for the bonus. It's easily a 1'48 car with any risks taken.

That was fun...

Tokyo Expressway - Toyota Corolla Levin 1600GT APEX (AE86) '83 - The car was already over the suggested PP so I just ran it stock -- well, aside from the wide body and aero. Easy win.

Fishermans Ranch - Suzuki VGT - It turns out this car is okay in the dirt. Another easy win.

Grand Valley - Nissan R32 GT-R V-spec II '94 - It's been ages since I've driven this car. I'd already modded it up to 700PP for some other event. I threw on some RS tires, too, which brought it up to around 720PP. That was just enough. Caught the leader on the final pass through the tunnel for a close win.

Monza - Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX MR GSR '06 - This took a couple tries. On the first, I went with SS tires and the sport-level upgrades. That didn't quite give me enough top speed for the long straights of Monza. Went back to the tuning store and installed the club-level upgrades. That did the trick. A pretty easy win from there.

Road Atlanta - Mazda LM55 (Gr.1) - This took a bunch of tries to figure out the strategy and have a race where I didn't bin it mid-way through. I ended up doing a 9RS-8RS-8RS. I was fuel-saving the whole time -- short-shifting at 25% of the rev bar and using FM3 for the first stint, then back down to FM1 for the rest. I was in a fight for the win for the final couple of laps, but I made some mistakes and had to settle for a P2 finish. Still, good fun.

I won a Ford GT '17 from the car ticket. I haven't even bothered redeeming the parts one.

RS tires, Fuel Map 1. Four pit stops.

I pit on every 6th lap. On said inlaps, I short shift and then do the same on the out laps. Then go like hell once I am past the out laps.
I thought it might be something like an "all-out" approach! 😂

I went FM6 on RH, with around 11 minutes between pit-stops.

I guess this is a "tortoise and the hare" scenario. You go as fast as possible on track, which likely gives you more enjoyment but means you need an extra pit stop, where as I go slower on track but only stop twice, giving me a greater lead over the other cars.

Maybe it's because you were on easy difficulty and he was on hard.
