No that's a tc. The lm is a standard car.

I think the RE Amemiya RX-7 counts as a road car, it's street tuned anyway.

Umm nope, it was running in the D1GP in 2006 which use race car, they slighty modify them for the D1 Streel Legal competition.

The RX-8 is the fastest RX-7 model.

I love the RX-8, because it is a bit more stable. My friend has an RX-7, and (due to having Koren all-season tires on it) has spun it many times.

Anyways, the fastest of the rotary powered cars, before the Renesis, which was built by Mazda and unmodified (EXCLUDING THE 787B) is the Mazda RX-7 FD3S Spirit-R Type-S, because it nets more REAR DOWNFORCE than any other RX-7. Whether it's modelled in or not, all of the specs shine on the FD3S Spirit-R.

Depends on the racing dicipline. I favor the RX-7 RZ '92 for having the lightest stock weight.
