Great, start drifting on that track then, because I find once you know the racing line on each track you'll find it much easier to drift on and know how to take the corner. But remember that the racing line isn't always the best line in drifting.
👍 So true!
I love Suzuka East as you have to change direction rapidly, after a long turn.
It's really good for testing the limits.
Also try Indy Road Course, as it's just pure awsomness in replay as it is wide open, and it has almost every corner type. You need to slow down and speed up in the drift itself wich will help you controll and know the car even beter.
Atumn (?) Ring Mini is (IMHO) abit too much for a beginer, as it has banked corners wich is harder to control the drift in. Tsukuba also, but you can manage there.
Fuji speedway is really good, as again it has a really good combo of the type of corners. A really, REALLY long turn you need to shift up a gear to last the whole thing, and some banked, tight, and J turns wich will help you practice accelerating and braking during a drift.
Cape ring is also a very nice place, full version and North. It has banked corners wich you need to controll very much with the throttle, some J turns, some S turns, and of course the INSANLEY long up (on north, down on full) turn, wich will need alot of practice to prefect. You need exactly the right angle and speed to complete the full circle.
Also if you ask yourself what car you should be using, I have some explanations

There is (generally, not really in detail) two type of cars. Sensitive, and soft.
The soft kind, is the one wich you should practice on, as it isen't as snapback sensitive, and you don't need as much presicion to drift with as the sensitive, as it will be more smoother, and flowing with you.
Thos type of cars are the Supra RZ, 430 Scuderia, Aston Marting DB9 (I think, it's from the NCD), RUF BTR, Z4 coupe and normal, and that type of cars.
The sensitive kind, is the one more sensitive to steering. You can lose controll and have snapback alot more easily. Thos you should try after you feel you have prefected the drifting itself, the technique, and all the other stuff.
Thos cars are the RUF S2000 (I think? It's a convertible), the M3, M5 (ish, its in between),350 (370)Z, and Zonda R.
I sugest thos ones you learned how to drift to prefection.
Try not switching cars too often, as every car has it's own behaviour.
What I sugest, is seting your car to be a go-kart at first, as it won't effect the weight transfer as much. Rigity Improvment, and hard dampers is a good thing, when you start. Ones you feel yuo get beter, soften them up abit.
Remember, SOFT rear, STIFF front is oversteer. Vise versa. You should want to start off with toe at +20 at front as it is very stable. Ones you get the hang of the car, try lowering slowly to 0.00.
I really hope this help:tup:
PS!!! Let the wheel do the work. Don't fight it, flow with it. And remember, practice practice, practice.
👍👍👍
