Which view do you use?

Well, usually for fun and realism I pick the cockpit view, but in GTA 2012 I found out that I'm probably the fastest with the roof cam on Twin Ring. Well, the sun is blinding me a bit from cockpit view, partly because of the banner on the windshield and partly because of sun postion. Bumper feels too low for me and I don't know where the car is, cause I can't see it, so I went for roof. Wind noise is loud there, but 370 Z is loud enough for me.

Bumper view. I find this the most comfortable view to use as a wheel user because the width of the tachometer and speedometer together is the width of the car when driving. It also has a big mirror at the top, which helps.

I use the bumper view. I just wish there were side view mirrors.
If you want side view mirrors too, click on the link in my signature below to go to my idea in the feedback section of gtplanet and vote.

Since I don't recall ever driving a real car from the bumper, roof or siting a few meters behind the car, I use only interior view.

I use interior view all the time. It's just annoying how you can't see the hood on standard interiors.

Always behind the car view. What a shame to not see the beautiful car models. Or interior view for premium cars with all HUD turned off, amazing.

Mostly Bumper View... Just because i'm used to that. Just recently i've tried Interior. But still need to get used to that.

I love interior view, but i'm faster with bumper.PD should add a view like supercar challenge,or remove the field of view change when choosing narrower on the cockpit view.

Mostly chase cam just because I'm fastest in that view but should I accidentally choose an over powered car for the race I'm doing I'll switch to interior cam for premiums or windscreen cam for standards to give myself a bit more of a challenge.

Interior (First person/Cockpit) view 99% of the time with Premiums and Standards alike. Sometimes I switch to check out a car or something but always use cockpit view for driving. Once you get used to it, it's really not hard to use and lots of fun (if the on-screen driver doesn't bug you). Driving with first person view definitely allows you to better experience the car. In the real world some cars are quite hard to see out of, while others give an excellent view of the road. The cockpit is just as much part of the car as turbo-lag or downforce or exhaust sound. Interior view is one of my favorite features of GT5.

Since getting a wheel I've gone to interior view only now. Really adds more depth and variety to my racing.

It depends. I usually use chase cam, although I will use the cockipt cam for open-wheelers ,the JGTC and DTM, an touring cars. I sometimes use the Roof cam for open-wheelers and LMP's/Group Cs. I avoid cockpit cam for the LMPs, considering that I don't want to be the next Kaz Nakajima when I do A-Spec Le Mans, and I also avoid cockpit cam for NASCAR races, considering that I have no spotter.

I never use bumper cam. I just hate it period.

I use the interior view with either zoom or extra zoom (most of the time extra). I play on a 42 inch tv and with the right zoom level it looks like I'm in the car. I hate the wide view, to me it seems so disproportionate and unrealistic.

I never use the HUD by the way. Just the car and the track.

Mostly interior view sometimes, bonnet or bumper view for standard cars (because I don't have PSN).

I use the 3rd person view in ALL racing games because:

A. You can see your blind spots.
B. It is easier to judge distances to corners.
C. You can look at your car when on a boring track like Daytona or SSRX.
D. You view doesn't move around when you accelerate/brake.

I find it odd that very few people do this.

I sometimes do Interior View because I want to know what the car looks like on the inside.

I use the interior when driving for fun, but bumper gives me better SA when I'm in a serious race.

I would use roof cam if it had a rear-view mirror
