If PD were to focus their efforts on one of these options, which would you prefer?

For me, it would be new special events to help remove the grinding, then new course (preferably a real world course). My last option would be to convert standard to premium, as I use bumper cam anyway.

I would vote for more tracks in the levels of both A Spec and B Spec. Notice how some levels only have 1 race to race. So you do it over and over and over. Or how some levels have no race at all. So you go back to playing the level down again...over and over, lol. :ouch: But events would be fun as well since you still earn Exp and credits.

Option 4) A load of new A/B spec events and championships...then work on converting standards to premiums.

Agree with you potto about the special events but like a lot of people on here I would rather something else like more A spec races with tyre/bhp restrictions.

Despite the stance I have taken in the "Paid For DLC" thread, if that DLC was a pack of circuits (particularly real-world British ones) with a suite of events for each, then that would be worth buying as a genuine expansion to the game.

None of the above. Spend time with AI patches so I have a reason to buy the darn game. I simply can't justify full price on this thing with the AI issues.

More events in single player, make online races give credits and xp and fix the AI because it's awful IMO. I was doing the Grand Valley 300KM today and almost every time I came up to lap a car they'd swerve all over the road then race me into the corner... just let me through I'm five laps ahead!! :grumpy:

Option 4: An event creator. Mix and match the tracks and cars you like and get a reasonable amount of Credits and XP for that event.

Option 5 - 25 New events (at least).

I dont see the point of a single new track if it isnt going to be used for the events. We need more events, to use the tracks we do have.

More premiums would be my choice, provided that PD chose them well. For example, there shouldn't be any premium GT-Rs added, unless they are the KPGC10 and KPGC110 from the '70s.

Firstly I would like to see some of the best standard cars made into Premiums. If the RUF was a Premium I would be so happy, more so then any new track. Once they have added new premiums I would then like new tracks, cos at the moment I still haven't raced on all the tracks so I would rather new premiums first.

I would then love to see Spa, Silverstone, Brands Hatch and this track from GT1 or GT2, which was big long curves and was always raced in an orange sky setting. Loved that track.

Then I would like a proper Nascar championship with intro movie and after race celebrations like doughnuts etc or a proper 1 off WRC rally event with all the proper cars from 2010 season listed, again with a proper intro and championship results screens etc

Actually yeah, I agree with this option! More events, so many tracks are not used, or maybe even just a patch to allow you to earn credits/XP off the one make events, this would help a lot and I would be happy with that!

This 100%

more race events! I mean a lot more! no more b spec please, i don't even know why it existed.

What he said. I only play b-spec when I'm busy, so it runs in the background. How on Earth is that a game?

i want more tracks and bring back older ones for DLC.

This is what I propose. Considering we got cheated out of all the tracks from GT4 coming over. In my opinion, I think we could have at least had all the tracks from GT4 and then add some new ones. But this isn't what we got. I say add lots more tracks which in turn will give us more events. Then work on the cars. We have the cars already. Give us what we don't have, then upgrade cars to premiums

Oh yeah. This is what I have been saying for awhile over in the Discussion thread. I will gladly pay for packages as DLC to get me tracks and events. DLC is the biggest add on sale for any console. Sony will make a killing with it and GT5 could finally live up to its expectations. Actually I recall people getting pissed with all the delays. Some were saying give us the game now and patch it later. When we got the game people were pissed off that it wasn't finished. This turned out to be a double edged sword. Either way people would get made. Either deal with longer development time to have a complete game on release, or fix the game with patches/DLC to make it complete.

I like the way you think. I hate the mode myself. I bought the game for me to race, not the computer. Give us a save feature during championships and endurance races please. I want to race 100% of my laps.
