Only noticed it in this game mode but have not looked in A-Spec yet, at the top left hand side of the screen there is a display that has a percentage, rain drop and something that I can't explain in it, can anyone tell me what it is please?

That tells you about how much water there is over the whole circuit. It only really applies to any change weather tracks, obviously.
