Who called it?

With the news of the adventador and the vantage v12, I just want to know who called it? As in they new that it was coming. I personally think that I definitely knew that they would pick an Aston Martin vantage, but not the v12 op.

However, I do think that it would be cool someday on Gran Tourismo 5 to pick your engine selection. I know that they would probably just make a new car in the dealerships, but in the engine option at tuning, I think it would be really cool.

And getting off topic here but, when I want the unrestricted option for car restriction, why can't I use my f10 or 2007. I mean, if I can use the x2010 and x2011, come on, they are really annoying when 10-13 year olds come flying by and say "oh, you suck, look at me!!!" come on. IF IT'S UNRESTRICTED,IT'S UNRESTRICTED!!!!

I'm not sure if any one else feels like that but the definition is what the word is and you don't know it, go back to school. But in the meantime,

Well, Codemasters owns the F1 License and there could be legal troubles if PD allowed them to race against the FGT or any other car.

I just realized that I saw a thread yesterday about it and never found the answer. (I did I just forgot that I did) but thanks anyways. I had a reply in one of the forums that they need the vantage, the new jag line up, and maybe a Porsche garage if Richard Hammond Plays the game ( screw Forza if he doesn't)

If that is the case...I would rather have a large majority of other f1 cars rather than just two Ferrari's. Back on topic, I assumed the Lambo would make it in due to all the hype it got on its debut. Not to mention there are only a few Lambo models in GT5 so that seems like a good place to add cars. But, by no means did I "call it" lol. Just quiet, to myself thoughts.

OMG, I have the top gear (BBC one of course) app for my iPad and I just saw them post something about the nix being BEST MOST CLEARY AND ACCURATELY SHOWN ON Gran Tourismo 5.

That was on their site this is what it says:

BUT HOW COOL IS THAT? !!! Us being recognized by top gear, that's like the PM of Britain going down to Chevrolet ( not in a bad way, as in they're really high up n we are really low in popularity) {I totally dispize of Chevrolet, how is it American when a Swed. Founded it?}

Anyways thought it was cool!!

I wouldn't say I called it but I highly hoped for the Aventador. By far the sexiest and quickest Lamborghini to date. It's gonna annihilate most other street cars

Anyway, the V12 Vantage wasn't one of the original five Aston road cars that PD sought licensing for (very specifically - the five Astons that licensing was asked for and granted were the Vanquish, V8 Vantage, DB7 Vantage, 2003 DB9 and 2006 DB9; as it turns out, these are the five in the game). I was told that licensing was asked for and granted by Aston Martin Racing (a different arm of the same company) for the #007 DBR9 but we still haven't seen that.
