It's a specail F40, I forget the name but it's a tuning package that you could buy for them that changed the bodywork there should be a new bonnet with air outtakes on it and the new wing which could generate higher downforce, if it's the full package that F40 also has alomost 700Bhp.

If that is the Ferrari pictured, then the owner has to be the most stupid human being on the planet. That car will be worth many millions of dollars in a few years. Installing a bike rack would not help the value of the car at all.
