Ok has any one gotten the new PSM were they have the GT4 cover story ok on the DVD watch for the New York Track the Raybirg NSX is leading and passed by a Ferrari 550 Prodrive Maranello at least it looks like it.
you can only see the back of it, it has the 4 round tail lights its Red and as a big black wing thats the only split second you can actually see the car. is it me or ??? you know also on the interview Yamaguchi says to expect some cars that you think are not going to be on GT series
And he said he saw this in gt4

So all you were fooled badly lol, i knew it was fake because I don't care how grainy a pic of a real car is it will look real and that looks like a videogame and I guess PD has changed the way dust kicks up, hell they had to if they want it to better than gt3
 
I have to go with cobragt, I watched the dvd last night and I thought i saw the prodrive 550. Is this the same dvd with the evo at grand canyon, and skyline in italy?

I wouldn't know because I don't have the mag :( And about that Saleen, did you see a black one because that black Saleen looks like GT4.
 
But that Saleen has to be in gt4 because that shot of the black doesn't even look real, anyone with 20/20 vision would know that and I see afew jaggies on that car. You see what I'm saying Jay?
 
It's not a GT4 in game screenshot for the last time take a close look at the front windshield of the black saleen in that pic and you'll see part of a drivers white helmet, now have you seen any other screenshots of GT4 where you could actually see the colors of a helmet on a driver of any of the cars with a roof on them, hhhmmm let me think no I don't think you have cause I sure as hell haven't. The only screenshots I've seen where you can see the driver's helmet's colors is screenshots of a car that's in GT4 that is a convertible or open top racing car other then that you just see the black shadow figure in the interior of the car just like in GT3.
 
w/e dude, give me a pic of the black saleen that's exactly like the black then I'll believe you, until then just shut up, no offense but it looks like a gt4 pic, it doesn't look all that real compared to the real thing.
 
that pic to me stil seems sceptical, it doesn't look anything like GT4 and it looks to low res to define it as a GT4 in game shot.
 
For all we know that could be the gt4 graphics engine, don't forget ppl, gt4 is using the gtc engine instead of the gt4 engine and we don't know what to expect but I'm telling you all that balck saleen does not look real. I guess some ppl should get out and see the world so they can tell the difference from game and life.
 
Here's the small article (that the pictures from you idiot!) that was in PSM within the GT4 article in the mag.

In the magazine (yes I have it) that pic is next to a little blurb about skip barber's racing school. right next to the pic is credits to who supplied it: daniel smith/ snapsmith.com The pic in the magazine is smaller and not grainy as this one you've posted is. Just because you believe something does not make it so.
 
There you go as to why that picture (cobraGT's pic up at top) has jagged edges (which makes it not look real). Someone increased the size of the pic which made it get jagged edges. the original size of the pic was that pic in the mag article that I just posted.

I hav'nt seen that DVD yet but PD have put alot of effort into negotiations with Ferrari for this game, also o show it for only a split second is a teaser. Then again it's not an official Ferrari the 550 Prodrive so if PD got a Prodrive licence then theoretically that car could be in the game without Ferrari like the Nomad Diablo in GT3.
 
See what I'm getting at now CobraGT. How your copy of the pic doesn't like like a real life photo because it's a blow up pic of the original. Now I think you owe me an apology for mouthing off to me.
 
We're not arguing over whether the car's in the game or not we're arguing over whther the pics a real life pic or not and cobragt stupidly still thinks it's a GT4 screenshot.

no the evo and the skyline are on PSW'S dvd. i should know, i have it.

PSW have just brought out a new DVD, so the last two issues have GT4 features, is the one your talking about the one where you choose from 4 vid two of rallying (1's multi angle) and the New york and Tskuba tracks?
 
Thanks for clearing that up for me nitro_2003, I take it you've watched the dvd then? So what do you think then? is it the prodrive 550?

You have to remember that theoretically PD could get that car without a Ferrari License as it's not an officially recognised Ferrari as it's built by Prodrive based on the 550, like the Nomad Diablo in GT3. If it is then it had better make it into the non-Japanese versions of the game.
 
I understand what your saying, but surely it still carries the ferrari name and logo. and that is why PD could'nt get the nomad diablo in the european version of GT3, because it still had the lambroghini name and logo.

I did'nt know that. So then it would mean having Ferrari license to have it in the game. Lets hope it is a 550 GT then.
