Who`s the best tuner?

I`m a casual player with no time for making my own tunes, could somebody give me a hint please since there are a lot of tunes around and I have no idea who´s best. I`m mainly looking for tunes for the DLC cars `cause I`d like to use them competitively online, thanks.

The opening post contains a link to a google site that houses every tune listed on GT Planet. Control F and search for the car you are using.

And the best tuner for someone else may not be the best tuner for you. Or the best tuner for the car you wish to use. Or the track.

Pick a car. Find a tune for that car. See if you like it. If you do, look for for more tunes by that user. If you don't like it, look for another tune by a different user. Repeat.
