Who says the wheelie in GT3 and 4 is unrealistic?

I'm going to say this has nothing to do with GT4 and those cars are built for wheelies.

What you got to say now?
So that car would keep accelerating up to 2 billion km/h even when it rears up far enough that its rear wheels would be off the ground? :dunce: 'cos that's what happened it GT3

oh yea, a rear end heavy light chassised muscle car with a supercharged engine running rear wheel drive would NATURALLY do that. it didnt start spitting sparks and accelerating at 10mph/Ms did it :dunce:

the only realistic wheelie ive had is accelerating at full up the hills at seattle, coming down off a hill and having the car lift up for a second because it was rear wheel drive (GT '04 spec II LM car to be exact, with stage 4 turbo i think)

daan

so true its unrealistic as hell. 👎 :dunce:

seen this car at goodwood festival
one amazing car .... anyway ...
I want to do wheelie in GT4 like that when I accelerate ... not when above 300mph

if haters were airplanes this place would be a ****in airport

Actually you posted this vide of non GT4 content in the wrong forum. So maybe if you didn't post in the wrong area people wouldn't be "hatin".

That car was built for doing that. Its a HEMI powered torque monster with no weight in the front, due to torque and weight transfer, it basically pops up on the back wheels and "walks" down the drag strip, its not like it could accellerate down the track forever like that.
In the game, the trick works on the aerodynamics of the car, and doesn't work till its in the 200 mph zone. Due to the physics of the game, it just wheelies and keeps accellerating.
If you want to know what would really happen to the cars, look up the RX7 Top Speed salt flats car that lifts starts doin a wheelie at 180mph, and then continues to flip over.
Cool video though. There was another one called "The little red wagon" or something too, which was a truck with a rear mounted HEMI. Watchin the video with the two of them walkin the quarter side by side was pretty cool.

well, yeah that car can wheelie for a quarter mile because it has somthing near 1000 hp and the motor is in the back of the car, not under the hood.......
If you could get cars to wheelie from the starting line of the Strip in las vegas in the game, that would be sweet, as for 200mph+ thats just unreal.
I am going to find one car that I can get to launch with the wheels up in this game..lol
Here's as close as i can get right now...
