I remember in elementry school my teacher in miami tought me how to write in 1337!!!11(about 10-11 years ago)

cept we used calculators

and wrote things like..

5H311 : shell
H3110 : hello

ya know things like that..

it was part of some algebra assignment..

I think most people had 'fun' with inverting their calculators, typing in such wizardry as 71077345, and the killingly-witty 58008.

Ummm...yeah, i still don't get it after reading this twice and typing the numbers into the calc. and "inverting" the calc. "inverting" may have some diff. meaning but i'm sitting here like turning my calc. upside down trying to see if it spells something.

Only the British kids did that, American kids did 0.7734 and 7734206 or 7734209.

well my calculators numbers actually look like they should (TI-34) and it only works on the cheap or old calcs.
