Go between February and April. Best snow at that time and the later in the season that you go the better the prices get. Right now Vail is $74 a day. :eek:

But there are less expensive places to go, but it depends on what kind of terrain you want to ride on. Are you a weekend warrior or a seasoned veteran?

If you want some good agressive riding, then Arapahoe Basin is the place to go but there is no town there.
If you want average terrain, then Breckenridge is a good place. Not to expensive either and has a good night life. If your over 21 that is.
