For two consecutive days my eyes have been red. You know what I am talking about. Like when you smoke pot and you have the watery red eyes, but with the difference that I have never smoked anything. Too much light really bothers me. I thought this would be over by today, with a good night sleep but the problem is still there. My monitor brightness is even set at a low value.

Crusty eyes when you wake up and overall itchy and red eyes. It isn't fun when you can't open up your eyes in the morning without ripping your eyelids to shreds.

Maybe you have hay fever.

Oh yeah, I remember that.
Itchy eyes. I had conjunctivitis before, but I dont think I have it right now.

I dont experience that when I am waking up.

In fact, I wake up with my eyes normal, but If I watch tv or turn the PS2 on, I get the red eyes.

Right now, they dont itch, but it hurts a bit on the borders.

My best guess is that I have some fever.

The doctor advise is the wisest one but also the most expensive. When you have had a life filled with every possible illness, you kinda get accustomed to it.

Since I came to this country (like 4 years), I have never visited the doctor. I have probably gotten just flues, which just cure with some rest and some pills.

I asked my dad (who's been selling Contact Lenses for the last 20 years or so) what he thought, and he said that if you're photophobic (any kind of bright lights bothers your eyes), it's probably dryness of the eye, but it could be a number of different things. It could be a type of conjunctivitis, but you said they don't itch, so that's unlikely. He said to wait a day or so and if they don't clear up, then go see an eye doctor. If they're really bothering you, go to a drug store and pick up some eye drops or something and see if that helps.

Well, that's why. Your eyes are just sensitive to radiation. Don't use the computer or TV anymore. Then the Cathode Rays can't get you!
