WHY ARE SOME THINGS CUT OUT OF GT3 AND NOTHINGS ADDED IN PlaCE OF THAT I THOUGHT THE PS2 WAS SUPOUSED TO HAVE MORE MEMORY CAPACITY

well it does have more memory capacity, but they wanted to fit it all onto one disc, as opposed to two discs for gt2(one for arcade, one for simulation) also the reason all the cars from gt2 arent in gt3 is because it takes longer to program a car with so many more polygons. it took them like two weeks for each car

yup, can say that easy.  All used car's are out, Drag car's too. Some tracks from GT2 are out too.
