Why aren't my gift cars being received?

WTF, my last two trades have been unsucessful any ideas why, i've been sending first and neither of the last two cars have been received... I duplicate my cars before I trade whats going on?

I back up my saves so i keep the car that i send... is this why its not working?

No as i dup acar this morrining to a friend ho was conned last night, did the same as you, made aback up of my save file, sent him the car reinstalled save file, got a message at dinner time from him saying thank you, so if you were told by the people you sent them to, then they are pulling your leg

Well this is the last time i trade through the online racing lobby, usually i use GT planet. ******G scammers. Im far too trusting thanks guys hopefully my next trades will be a bit smoother, so PD are yet to block all people who back up when they trade?

Make sure you post their names so others don't make the same mistake with them. I would love to punch some of this kids in the face for not sending me a car. Frustrating. For future reference only trade with people on here with good reputations, always check their profile comments in game, and also check out the actual GT5 trading thread.

Yeah i usually use GT planet for trades because you can check out their profiles and you know you can trust them, so I was scammed by these ****ers, and it wasn't like a server fault because it has happend twice? Cheers again.

This has been brought up before, if PD were that bothered about people duplicating then they would have done something by now, thats y there is a limit to 1 car 5 tunining parts and 5 paints aday and for backing up your save file, they aloud that in the 1.05 update so you could back your save file up just in case e.g your save file becomes corrupt or if your machion dies and you get a new machion

Easy to check their log it shows if they recieved the car or not!!

Can you check their log, well its too late now but for future refrence. Its soo frustrating because i've done about 30 trades through GT planet but when i started using online lobbies i've been scammed twice! PS i never scam because i usually send first.

Yeah go to their name on the community and you can check if they have got it or not. Someone stole my minilota and from a bit of bebo hunting i got it back

One after another, you can't do two in one day since you can only trade 1 car a day.

So your saying to trade for example a car today but not tomorrow but again after that day, having a day inbetween your trades?

I'm just saying two trades in a row. being that you can only do one a day, then it doesn't matter if its 2 days in a row or 2 days apart.

If you "receive" your gift and then "reload" your backup save file you will certainly not retain your new gift... Maybe this is it?

Send car, quit and reload data, then boot game, then receive gift. Works EVERYTIME.
