It just keeps deducting 3k from my account every time? Obviously, I know to stop doing it, but it's strange that the game allowed it. Happen to anyone else?
You can buy anything multiple times. They go into a parts list and then you can install them on other cars.
If you wanted 5 turbos for different cars you could go buy them all at once, and then install them when you get in the different cars, by installing them from your parts list.

You sure about that? I just won the Citroen C4 rally car in the Loeb challenge, and not only did it not come with dirt tires (what's up with that?), but the "extra" tires i mentioned above aren't available for install either.
