why can`t I find this photo location?

I have seen this picture on the need for speed facebook page, but I dont have a photo location on my map named this, I know the area just not this, anyone help..thanks, does it appear with higher levels??
I can see on the map

granite springs monument
granite springs view
weid canyon dam
weid canyon river

You can access all the photo locations at any level, you just have to find the locations, take a photo and after that the photo location will be marked on the map.
