Why can't I have a GT Academy 370z?

I've golded every license, almost every special event, and I have basically every car in the game except for some stealth cars. The only thing left for me to do is the last three endurance races.

What can I do to get the GT Academy 370z? I should have received it a long time ago.

It's only available through redeeming a level 12 ticket and awarded randomly from that.

Trade for it or a level 12 ticket and try your luck.

You can get it from a B-day ticket too, but slightly better odds with the LVL 12.
