Why can't i trade

It is now 12:20am in my country and i just tried trading a car but they it said that i had reached the daily limit which is weird as i did not trade any cars in the last 20 minutes but i did trade the day before at around 6pm does this mean that i can only trade every 24 hours?
 
Actually, it's 20 hours I think. I traded around 7pm a couple nights ago and was able to trade by 5pm the next day, but couldn't around 4pm.
 
Seems that way, I just tried sending a car after midnight here and it would not allow it, same message as OP.
