Why do PD consider "Disconnected" to be a swear word?

If it only blocked the banned words it wouldn't be such a big deal, trouble is it blocks the entire text making it very hard to know which words can't be used and makes you appear like a drunk foulmouth with anger issues.

Not only that, but it's also stupid how they block words that only happen to have a 'swear word' (which 99% of the players have never heard of) actually inside them...

Yes but that's the consequence of banning all swear words in all possible languages which this system rather crudely singles out without distinction.
But if you leave spaces between letters you can write whatever you want, including the most foul swear words which could get you banned instantly if used here.
