Why do we still not have the Honda HSV SuperGT cars?

As we only have 3 premium race series in this game, NASCAR, Carting And SuperGT.

Carting got their update
SuperGT nothing.

It's about time now. They could give us Twin Ring Motegi at the same time, then both the NASCAR guys and the SuperGT guys get a new track

But I would rather pay to fix their online bug, because playing this game offline against AI from newbie planet, is just plain boring and before that happen, I wouldn't pay for any new cars/tracks.

Don't forget the WRC.

Is it a matter of creating the cars, or simply withholding stuff for GT6?

PD's shown a few times that they have access to cars well before the public (GTR Prototype and '07, WRX STI, FT-86 concepts and the new road car, etc etc), so it's not far fetched to think the HSV should be modelled by now.

Actually, considering we've already seen the NSX concept in-game, it really makes you wonder.

Gt6 content ? i mean they cant release all the cars they have and or model in GT5 or else GT6 wont have much more new content , i remember that in the original motor storm, the Developers had a Development log, and in the background were DLC cars and cars that latter came in the second installment.
PD might just be doing the same thing picking DLC cars from a pile of already completed cars. Think about how many cars were being modeled when gt5 launched considering kaz wanted 2 more years , i say there's around 100 or so new cars ? i mean not all the cars we saw in gt5 footage were actually in the game for example the racing mini .

Exactly, Whenever it is I just hope they'll match the typical HSV sound not using that typical crappy PD whine noise.

Should there also be ferrari f430 super gt cars? i mean they do have the diablo from jgtc(i think), this would be pretty cool along with the hsv10.

............maybe they just forgot about it? Seriously, they probably have "make HSV" as a sticky note on a fridge somewhere in the offices which hasn't caught the gaze of a PD employee for over a year. Or something

Don't forget the WRC

WRC pack? Yes please Heck, if they hadn't included the Mini Countryman in the upcoming car pack, they could've had it, the Fiesta, and DS3 bundled with their rallying counterparts. A tie-in like that for any racing series (BTCC anyone?) would be great.

Last word about it was the sc430 was on the way out this year due to it being discontinued , here's to hoping the LFA takes over.

Last I heard was that Lexus was going to run the SC but the 2012 car will be "greatly modified in appearance". There's an outside chance that could mean an LFA look. The original SC430 in 2006 was basically just a new look shell over the old Supra frame.

You could also argue it's about time to feature another series in GT5.

I would like to see some of the new Hondas (and a concept LFA GT500 would be amazing as well), but I'd also like to see PD focus on some other series such as DTM, WTCC, V8 Supercars, FIA GT etc.

I'd rather PD focus on making something (hopefully Super GT) more complete before moving on to something new. I'd like big grids of unique (and balanced) liveried cars from the same series for online racing. 2 or 3 cars from each series doesn't appeal to me at all.

A whole grid of GT300s would be unrealistic, but a whole grid of GT500s would be fantastic. My pick would be 2010; only 13 cars, but the first year with the HSVs and before the SC430 liveries went to hell.
