why does this game even have a f1 car?

after so many days of playing i completed all classes and races 3rd or better and after selling most cars i had for the 2mil and racing to get the f1 i found that most races limit your power the car can have and the f1 limit wont go that low..

why do the makers of this game add the car if you cant use it until the end then afterwoods it tells you the car is to powerfull for most races? its stupid

this game is crap they should let u use any car no limits all races..

and where is the lamborghinis? ferrari challenge is much better

Lambo hadn't been licenced, yet. for years they had "other commitments" *coughtEAcough*. just save up for GT5 full. fiat gave in and brought up the Lambos (but no Diablo, from the look of it *grumble*)

since you seem to be new to the Gran Turismo scene entirely, I'll let you in on something. Polyphony digital can only get so many licenced vehicles, and it took them untill now to build up a reputation good enough to get dang near everything. as for the F1's, well, they're meant for arcade racing or enduros.
there are better people here than me that can tell you what the Prologue is all about, but I will tell you this.

Gran Turismo is not a dedicated race-models game. it started out as a Japan-only game for letting them play with cars they could rarely get ahold of. somebody ported it, and the rest is history.
