Licensing issues, probably. Just spit balling here with that, but it is very probable that when PD/Sony renewed the license for Alfa Romeo they omitted TZ3 from the list of trademarks they wanted to license.

It’s a 2010 Dodge Viper with a facelift by Zagato.
We have a few Vipers in the game all ready.
