Why F1 Ferrari cars are gone

I played GT5 since it came out, but I had to wait to buy GT6 till yesterday and was really disapointing that those cars are not included in the game, why? are they going to add them to the game later? In the GT6 intro (at the end) we can see Senna get in his F1 Lotus, so that means that they will add it later, so are they gonna add the F1 Ferraris too?

According to some silly licensing thing, you can't have more than 2 F1 cars in your racing game unless you have access to the F1 license. Because you can't represent F1 racing or something.

I Thought they just couldn't be on track at the same time?
Why must these companies do exclusive deals? :(
 
I'm not even a big fan of F1 but would love to see F1 races. I missed GT5 but it seemed to get a lot of praise, apparently it got better with patches + updates as time went on? Hopefully we'll see some nice surprises with GT6 then, but no one likes waiting :)

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but you find Formula Gran Turismo car in Asia-Pacific in Gran Turismo dealership ;)

Did you notice that the "censored" emoticon is a hidden Martini advertising?
 
Also, the Ayrton Senna content is coming (don't know when though). If you check the GT3 F1 cars, you'll notice that the majority are Senna driven cars (87, 88, 90, 94). At least those are the ones I googled...I vaguely remember them because it was so long ago.

That's only true for cars from the current season.

I guess the deal with Ferrari expired / Ferrari doesn't want old-but-not-historic-yet F1 cars to appear in games / Ferrari got pissed because of the Red Bull X2010 demolishing their cars / Ferrari didn't want to license F1 cars to a game which features a similar but definitely faster alternative (like the X2014 Standard).
 
I want all the F1 cars they can put on the game...would be fun for sure...events for GT Formula cars?
 
I personally think that we'll have an "F1 DLC" at some point. Maybe coming with the other Senna stuff.
