Why have all my times been wiped?

Hey guys, I took a couple months out from playing the game and when I logged back on it seems all my time trial, mission challenges and driving school times have been wiped?!
Tried searching but couldn't find a fix, I hesitate to re-install the game just in case there's another way to get them back.

Oh really, do you know what? I havnt noticed any difference lol!

So I'm presuming the cars must be slower now, or else why wipe everyones times?

I would normally go back and do all the events again, but if they have done this once, then they will do it again someday, so will be a waste of time.
