I can understand a zero mile car, but does switching cars have any effect on the HP, Weight, Chassis Strength, etc?

Highly doubtful. Don't mean to be bitter but that just doesn't make any sense but then again that is PD's forte.

Only good part about zero switches cars if you are trading for it - you can be sure, that no upgrades are installed. Especially no upgrades that can't be removed, as a chassis one, engine etc
Other than that, i think it's the matter of preferences. Some people don't care about mileage, at least if it's not above 1k miles or so, some people like 0 mile cars, some like a "virgin" cars, 0 switches/0miles. >_>

Ok so then someone said it's easier to trade when not switched. What does that mean it's easier somehow in the game to send or does that stat on a car just mean it's been turned on? If that's the case how many times has anyone ever purchased a car IRL that has never been started?

Ok I get the upgrade bit. Question answered.

0 mile cars with oil change highier the max BHP...if used even less then 1 mile the car wont ever reach its max stock BHP

Yes, this is the reason why people do it. (but I don't care if I get cars that have a million miles;))

Not another one.

I always try to answer the question instead of just saying "Use the Search..." but in this case a look at the first couple of forum pages would have turned up 1,343,532* threads all asking this.

*Number may be slightly exaggerated

Yea maybe just a little exaggerated

But still. You should have searched this up a little bit before you made another thread.
