Why make gt6

Well I really don't know what playstation 4 has to offer that playstation 3 does not. I still think the ps3 is pretty impressive. So what could PD add in gt6 that they could not in DLC. That was my thought process. But it is established that there will be no DLC. But you indeed have a point.

Same thing people said about the PS2 and now you see that the PS3 has better or the same but expanded upon features. Same could be said about computers as well. Just cause you don't see what can be done doesn't mean that nothing can be done. Also as others have stated if you just keep adding DLC your system gets stuffed with that game only, and I doubt the majority of us only play GT. GT6 should be made because the physics engine could be improved for sure same with the way tracks are made. What about different events that couldn't be downloaded due to size that only a disc could provide...?

What world are you living in where there are more fanboys than there are people complaining and moaning about every feature.
👍

PD stated there won't be any DLC.

Kaz never said that. He's unsure of whether DLC will be for GT5 or content that goes into GT6.

The PS3 is short on RAM, which is needed for the most part to keep the game running smoothly as GT5 already pushes the PS3 to its limit. Not in terms of potential, but in terms of power. A lot of RAM/memory is used to keep GT5 running. At times with weather on and AI right in front of you, the frames per second can drop down to around 40-45 fps. There was a video shown of this.

According to Kaz, PD can still try to reach the PS3's full potential. Apparently, 80% was reached for GT5. As much as Naughty Dog said about Uncharted 2.
