Why no GTS-T skylines.....??

Does anyone know wjy there is a R32 gts-t but no R33 & R34 rwd Skylines in GT4 ?
It seems very weird to me that they are not included in the 60 odd skyline variants that "are" in the game.
Also has anyone noticed that the R33 GTR's are lower in power when fully tuned than the R32's & R34's despite having the same engine. (specs do differ)

It may be a shot in the dark, but I'm guessing that there are enough Skylines to choose from already, enough even to keep the most ardent Skyline fans happy...
