why not win a real dodge viper?

hello there.

I had one question, I know at the official homepage you can win some crap prizes with GT3.

but when Gran Turismo 1 was released on the playsation 1, you could win a Real Dodge Viper if you finish the forest track within 1 minute.

why isn't it possible to win a Real Dodge Viper with Gran Turisimo 3???
I mean why not give a dodge Viper away to someone who has got all gold medals on every licence. I bet not many people have the skills to pull that of.
why is it otherwise that you can finish the game with 100% even if you don't have all gold medals???? I don't think it is a bug.

so that is why I say someone who realy has the skills to get all gold medals should get at least a real award!

don't worry I haven't got all gold medals yet, but as I see how hard it is to get all gold medals. I realy think then that a guy who pulls it of should get a real award!

mr persistance claims to have already done this.  Do you really want him to get the Viper instead of you?  Perhaps it should be something more challenging?

The reward you get for all the golds on the hardest license (s license) is the Dodge Viper GTSR Concept Car.

As far as I can tell its the only way to get this car.
