So, I just counted the number of Skylines in my Garage...26. 26 Skylines??? (and that's from '89 and up, not including vintage models) Why is the necessary?? I can understand 10, or 12, but that number is just silly. How much difference is there really between a 1999 R34 and a 2000 R34?
Same with Miata/Eunos/Roadsters. I think I have about 18 of those. And RX-7's too. I mean really, except for some MINOR tweaks, the Gen 3 RX-7's were the same car. So I could understand 4 or 5 different versions, but over 15? Come on.
And then there are all the Kei cars. A selection of 15-20 of these would be great, but come on, do we need over 50 of them??
One look on the Photomode forum will tell you that there really are 250 popular cars that we all know and love to drive. So, for variety, put 500 cars in the game. But well over 1000? Come on...seriously???
I love the GT franchise, it's a great and involving game, but the effort to put those cars in the game could have been put elsewhere. Like more tracks, could it really have been that difficult to update and bring back some older tracks? Or maybe for every 10 cars we don't need, give us one premium car that we love. ANY car worth over 1,000,000 credits should be premium regardless of where it comes from (OCD or UCD).
Am I the only one who feels like this or are others of the same opinion?
