It is very cool looking. And judging by the white one next to it, it seems to be factory built as well for the japanese mail services (or whatever they're called).
I'd say it's a Daihatsu Cuore Van, but I can't find any pictures of any. Eiriksmil, where did you find it?

They look pretty funky though. The later Cuore based one looks better than the Mira one above. Though bung in the running gear from the Mira Avanzato and the contest might be more even...
I think the red one's front is the owner's work Never seen anything like it, and if you look at the end of the hood/bonnet it looks taller than the scuttle panel. Still awesome
Am I right in thinking that the thing above used to be a later Charade?
